Ron Martell - Chairman of MicroD
Ron has a Masters degree in engineering and 40+ years experience in computer graphics. After seven years at Sandia Laboratories, Ron founded CAMSCO, Inc. in 1971 to develop computer-aided-design systems for the sewn goods industry. Acquired by Sulzer Brothers Ltd. of Switzerland in 1978, Ron founded Microdynamics in 1979. Microdynamics, named "Company of the Year" in 1987 by the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, was acquired by Gerber Scientific in 1994. Ron holds 9 patents and has received multiple entrepreneurial awards.

Manoj Nigam - CEO & President of MicroD
Manoj has a Masters degree in both engineering and business. With more than 18 years of IT experience, he has held several senior level positions in the IT field. Prior to founding Exim Technologies he served as VP of Integration Services for HomePoint Corporation, an eMarketplace for the Furniture Industry from Clemson, SC.

Mona Nigam - Executive Vice President
Mona holds a BSBA Degree in Management/MIS from the University of South Carolina. A Project Director for 8+ years at General Electric's Global Sourcing Group, Mona was responsible for managing a global development team to integrate various IT businesses systems whenever GE purchased a new business anywhere in the world.

Mary Martell - Secretary of MicroD
Mary has a doctorate degree in textile technology from Texas Woman's University and more than 20 years experience in computer graphics technology and marketing. Mary, presently Director/Secretary of MicroD, served as President from 1993 to 2002 and was Director of Marketing for 9 years at Microdynamics prior to starting MicroD in 1993. Before entering the business field, she was an educator for 14 years at academic levels ranging from elementary to graduate school.
